Highly supportive and communicative

Jeremy is consistently praised for responsiveness, detailed explanations, and willingness to assist guests, including providing rides and delivering replacement vehicles.

Easy and comfortable to drive

Guests find the van easy and comfortable to drive, generally running great and well-equipped with amenities. However, one review detailed significant issues including a non-working heater, broken cabinets, and legal documentation problems.

Jeremy, our experience with this van was a disaster, to say the least. I gave you 1 star because the engine ran and the tires were fairly new. this is the list of things that made for a really bad experience. --- the running board step was broken withe NO written on it. the step stool provided was dangerous to say the least. It was very difficult to get into the van. ---the heater did not work...you said that you had turned it on 2 weeks prior, which we doubt. the smell when it blew luke warm heat. Heat temp was about 50 or less the temp outside was 38. so we were freezing. ---WA state park pass was supposed to be included but was not. ---WA state license tabs were not updated so the license was not valid. ---There was no insurance paperwork, or registration included with the vehicle. ---The entire van was very dirty, ---King size bed had a double/queen throw as a blanket. NO top sheet, bottom was some furry thing. Not at all adequate for winter. ---Cabinets were broken some had blue painters tape to keep them shut. --- the fridge froze all our food and had to be thrown out. The van had a propane heater, but we did not feel comfortable using it considering the overall condition of the rest of the van. We returned the van Dec 26 a day early as we were done being cold. and uncomfortable. We are asking Outdoorsy for a refund. 'How you are rated as a 5 star Superhost, we can not understand that. Host was great. He went above and beyond- giving us a ride to and from the ferry to the rig, explained everything very well, very accommodating, and was very responsive to communication. The rig was comfortable and cozy. The bed above is like a bunk bed. And the seating for the kitchen turns into a bed also. Cooking area was accommodating. Didn't use shower or toliet. I would highly reccomend Jeremy as a host and rent from him again.

Both Jeremy and the van were awesome! The positive energy that Jeremy had when we picked up the van set us on the perfect course to have an unforgettable weekend.

Jeremey is the best! Such a genuine guy and very responsive to any questions or assistance you need. The rig is great. It has its quirks and it’s certainly not a brand new van but it has everything you need to have an amazing trip and runs great. I plan to visit again and will reach back out to Jeremey when the time comes.
