Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

As long as it doesn't interfere with another renter's reservation, we can accommodate early pick ups and late drop offs. Just message us with your request! :)
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
I made simple and easy-to-understand pictures and videos to help guests learn how to use the RV in advance and know how to handle common problems and issues.
Q.About my RV's electrical system:
A.
This RV has two power systems:
1. 110V (AC power) – for big appliances: A/C, microwave, TV, and all household outlets.
2. 12V (DC power) – for smaller systems: fridge, water pump, awning, 12V USB ports, two roof fans, control panel, all lights, and the water tank sensors.
The 110V main switch is a screen on the side wall under the kitchen sink . Below this screen is the 12V power knob (see pictures for details).
Q.Propane System Introduction (A)
A.
The RV uses propane to power the stove, water heater, and furnace.
The propane tank capacity is 24 lbs (about 6 gallons).
Safety Notes:
1. The main propane switch is located at the rear left side of the RV
For safety, do not use propane while driving, and always keep the main switch off when the vehicle is moving.
2. Hot water and heating are provided by the Truma system.
The Truma control panel is inside the cabinet above the sink.
