Plenty of space for toys and room for your family to rest and sleep after a full day of play.We can show you how everything works and we are available for questions! -Plenty of tie down hooksRecommendationsWe love the Tillamook forest! There are lots of different county campgrounds, dispersed camping, ohv trails, and swimming holes! Great for fishing and hiking as well.We also really love Fort Stevens, Trask River County Campground, and Camp Dakota. Other things to noteRequirements:
-3/4 ton truck towable (must have trailer brake)**Please know your truck absolutely needs a trailer brake controller. Please feel free to ask if you don't know if your truck has it.***RV Trailer rides high so if you have a truck with low ride height please have an adjustable hitch 2-5/16 ball with a tongue weight rating of 1,000 pounds and weight capacity of 10,000 pounds or more. If you don't have one please let me know.On return please bring back in the same condition received. If you take it off road and it gets muddy please wash off if excessive. And for the interior please remove all trash, wipe off counters, remove everything from refrigerator/ freezer and turn it off. Dump all black, grey, and fresh water tanks or we can for a fee.Pets Welcome - please be responsible for picking up after them. * Please do not wear shoes or wet clothing on beds to avoid stains and additional cleaning fees
* Please no climbing on the roof
* Please only dogs, max two under 50lbs. each
* As per Outdoorsy's policy, off-road driving is not permitted. (Gravel paths okay)
* Please no traveling to Mexico.
* Renters are responsible for any issues that arise that were not caused by normal wear and tear.
* Renter is responsible for emptying the Black water tank, gray water tank upon return.
--OPTION: WE DUMP THE TANKS -Bring the tanks back full and we will take care of the dirty work; $80. (included in addon's)
* Renters are expected to return the trailer cleaned. All the dishes washed, dried and put away.
Counters wiped and sanitized, trash removed and a reasonable effort to sweep out dirt and leaves.
If the trailer interior is not in similar condition to the condition at pick-up a cleaning fee will apply at a minimum of $100 depending on condition
* Owners will take care of the bedding and sheets and wash exterior of the trailer.
* Pick-up and return time can be agreed upon before departure, if returned late $50/hr. may be applied
