We love our RV and want to share it with you. This RV sleeps 8 and has room to sleep more on the floor. Includes a queen master bed (6 ft 1 inch height limit), sliding doors for master bedroom privacy, full bunk beds that can each sleep 2, dinette bed conversion, and a fold-out couch that can sleep smaller kids.ADD-ON - Generator. The Air Conditioner, microwave, and TV require plug-in power to run or a generator.ADD-ON - Sea Eagle SE-370 Pro Inflatable 2-Person Kayaks. Great for lakes and up to Class III rapids.ADD-ON - Inflatable Stand Up Paddle Board. Has kayak seat & dual paddle attachment.The following amenities for free with your rental.

(2 KAYAKS AVAILABLE)- INFLATABLE STAND UP PADDLE BOARD. 330 lbs weight limit. Has a kayak seat & dual paddle attachment. Includes an electric pump, hand pump, and life jacket.EXTRA FEE CHARGES
- BLACK & GRAY TANKS: If the gray and black tanks are not dumped upon return, we will charge $100 from the deposit for us to hookup the trailer and go dump the tanks.
- PROPANE: If a receipt is not shown for refilling the propane tanks, we will charge the deposit for the amount to refuel the propane tanks, plus a $50 fee for time/labor.

Here's a link to our Full RV Rental Manual - https://tinyurl.com/2fpnbmcb - No Smoking, vaping, or drug use is allowed inside the vehicle or your entire security deposit will be retained to have the RV professionally cleaned. - We require that Renters purchase the Outdoorsy Damage Protection Plan that offers interior protection in addition to the Security Deposit. - Drivers must complete DRIVER VERIFICATION check before pickup of the rental. Without this, the insurance is void and the rig can not be picked up. Only Outdoorsy Verified Drivers may rent this RV. - Owner will provide information on the operation of the rig at the time of pickup and will provide instruction manuals for the operation of coach systems, features, and appliances. It is the renter's responsibility to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, features, or appliances in RV may result in damage, and renter will be liable for the cost to repair. - RV must be returned with both propane tanks full and a receipt (image or paper) showing the tanks were filled before returning the RV. If not, we will deduct the cost of filling the propane tanks, plus a $50 fee, from the Security Deposit. - RV must be returned with gray and black tanks emptied. If not, $100.00 will be deducted from the Security Deposit. - To avoid an excessive dirty fee of $100 the rig must be cleaned out at the end of your trip - garbage and food out, dishes washed, floor vacuumed. All dirty linens removed and placed in a pile on the floor. - You are responsible for any ticket or tolls even if the notice arrives after the security deposit has been released. - Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter, if the renter believes it is due to negligence, the tire must be brought back for a professional evaluation. Reimbursement is based on that result - If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, the renter should call the roadside assistanc
