Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

The standard pick up time is 10 am. Standard drop off is 6pm. If returned later, $50 fee applies.
Can request early pick up before 10 am for $50 fee. See Add-Ons.
Q.Do I have to clean the trailer even though there is a $100 Prep fee?
A.
Yes.
Prep fee is for things you cannot clean and are not responsible for: Propane tanks will be provided and full prior to trip. Linens will be fresh, toiletries and necessities will be restocked prior to your trip.
You must clean the trailer. If you want us to clean the trailer, can pay $300 fee. See Add-ons.
You must empty the Gray and Black tanks. This is NOT included in cleaning fee of $300. You will always be responsible for emptying of the tanks prior to drop off. No exceptions.
Q.Do you allow pets?

Yes we do. Up to two dogs are allowed. $25 per dog can be added on. Pets must be potty trained.
NOT allowed on Beds or Furniture.
No exceptions. You MUST report any damage and/or pet messes. If not reported, Security Deposit is forfeited and will be held responsible for any damages costing more than security deposit and/or Claim filed with insurance.
