2021 Pleasure-Way Ascent
Come enjoy our van as much as we have! We travelled in our van these past three years (sometimes as long as six months) with our small dog and got to see a lot of our beautiful country. The van has gone from Seattle to Key West, Baltimore, and all through California and the West Coast. She is very easy to drive with the safety features the Mercedes Sprinter chassis you'd expect. We will do a complete walkthrough with you before your trip, either in person when you come to pick up or over facetime if needed.
For your trip all you will need to bring is clothing, food, and your toiletries. We include all bedding, dishes, toilet paper, folding chairs, etc. I will have my phone with me at all times during your trip to help you with any questions. I will email you our own manual we made for the van as well as the list of what will already be packed in the van for you to use and customize for your journey.What's included• Bedding, bath towels, dishes, utensils, bbq, utility tools, extra fans, seat air conditioners, pet blanket, folding table and chairs, dvds, cleaning spray, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, cutting board, citronella candle, card games, level blocks, iron, pots, pans, some cooking spices and oils, coffee maker, wine glasses, corkscrew, can opener. RecommendationsFlorida is a bounty of regional exploration from a Spring Training road trip, to exploring crystal clear natural fresh water springs that the Manatee's love to lounge in during the winter months, or a road trip to Key West with a stay at Boyd's or Leo's RV Parks. All of the gulf coast keys are wonderful as well and the van is based right next to Siesta and Lido Key's and right in the middle of the state within a 1/2 day drive to most destinations such as Disney World.Other things to notePlease no dogs larger than 25 pounds
No concerts or festivals
No smoking inside the van
No out of US trips, we are only insured for domestic trips with Outdoorsy
No late returns unless agreed to beforehand. I clean the van myself and it takes quite some time
Do not take it through a car wash, there are exposed components on the roof
We do not recommend using the awning as zero insurance companies cover replacement or repairs
Please do not use a magic eraser on the exterior paint
$100 dump fee

Hi there! Dave, our puppy dog Bean, and I are having a great time taking our van touring the country during this crazy time. We love bringing our e-bikes with us to explore different parts of cities. The van size we picked is perfect for the two of us to be able to fit in a city or a campground. We are looking forward to introducing more people to van life.

• Vehicle is top heavy so following speed limits is crucial especially when turning.
• Deisel fuel only, if you put in the wrong kind do not turn vehicle on, it needs to be pumped out.
• Water pump needs to be turned off when driving.
• Ceiling fan needs to be closed when driving.
• Please dump the tanks before returning otherwise there is a $100 fee as I do not have a dump site at my house and there isn't one close
• Please return on time. Late fees will be assessed at $50/hr as the vehicle needs to be prepared for the next renter and sadly, other renters have abused our past flexibility
