Lil' Sebastian is a 2010 Airstream Bambi with all of the amenities of a small studio. It features a 3-burner stove with a convection oven microwave. This means you could make a pizza or bake a loaf of bread if you wanted to. The Bambi is complete with a toilet and an inside shower, as well as an outdoor shower. If you need extra sleeping space for another guest or two, the dinette converts into a bed. The trailer also comes with a dvd player & tv for those rainy and leisure days. It is also complete with an air-conditioner and heater with temp control. With this trailer, you will have little to no worry for power because of the solar panels and the lithium batteries that we installed. It will charge during the day and be ready to use for the evening. One of the benefits of having a trailer this size is that the Bambi will fit in a standard-sized parking spot. It is small enough to be versatile but big enough for comfort. Take this portable home for a ride and experience a new level of traveling while enjoying nature at the same time.

Recommendations

We've taken this trailer all over the U.S and it has withstood the test of varying roads and terrains. Some destinations to consider in the midwest would be Indiana Dunes National Park where there are plenty of trailer-friendly areas to camp. The Upper Peninsula of Michigan has many beautiful parks and areas where you can camp and see the leaves changing colors.

Other things to note

Pets are welcome - one is preferred, multiple pets will need approval

Meet your host, Deborah

Member since 2022

My husband and I got married in 2021. A few months later, we embarked on our year-long U.S National Parks tour. We were able to visit 61 out of 63 parks total within 12 months of traveling. Though it had its ups and downs, it was an experience of a lifetime!

Have a question?Get answers directly from the host

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
If the distance is a little over 100 miles, we will take it into consideration and be able to drop off the trailer.

Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
We will give you a tutorial on how to use the trailer effectively if it is your first time operating one. With our experience, we found that turning off the inverter while we are not in the trailer has been helpful to conserve power. This is not always necessary since we installed six solar panels on the roof. But for those cloudy days, it helps to save energy. We will go over all the tips and tricks like this in person before you head off on your adventure!

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
The trailer comes with a cord for electricity as well as a hose for water and a tube for dumping. Depending on the campsite, you will have access to all three and will be able to connect directly to the trailer from the outside. We will also go over how to do this when you rent the trailer from us :)
