**Reserving the trailer does NOT guarantee availability. The trailer is only put on the calendar after you've made your deposit. We can't hold dates without a deposit. We usually require 48 hrs. notice for bookings.**The pick up process takes about 30-60 minutes as I do a full walk through of the trailer, so please allow enough time when you choose your pick up time. I do have a full time job and am willing to work with your schedule as well to schedule an acceptable time for picking up and dropping off.**No pets of any kind inside the trailer please and absolutely no smoking of any kind. The trailer is to be returned clean and in the same condition it was rented to you, please do not climb on the roof of the trailer and do not tow while the slideout and/or awning is out.**Please make sure to return the trailer with the grey and black tanks completely empty. I do not have a dump site near my house and will have to charge you $150 (from your deposit) if I have to dump the tanks.**Other things to note: Smoking and vaping inside or near the travel trailer are strictly prohibited. To ensure the trailer remains smoke free, please do not use fire pits close to the trailer, and make sure all windows are closed. If it is determined that smoke damage has occurred within the unit, you risk forfeiting your entire security deposit. Additionally, you will be responsible for all costs related to the restoration and repair of the trailer, as well as any business losses incurred during the repair period.What's included• Freshly washed sheets (no blankets or pillows)

5We absolutely loved our stay in this trailer! It was clean, spacious, exactly as pictured, & everything worked as it was supposed to. We slept our 5 year old in the back room & had plenty of room in the main living area for a pack’n’play + a slumber pod for our 1.5 year old. We would definitely recommend this trailer & would rent again from Kent & Diana in the future!

5This was our first experience with outdoorsy and couldn’t be more impressed. Kent and Diana were great with communication and quick response times. The trailer was everything that we needed and exactly as it was described on the site. Would rent from them again for sure.
