This RV was rough! The owner has booked this RV too close between trips. He did not receive it from the previous renter until after 10pm at night and turned it over to us in filthy condition. I rented this for my family to use for my wedding and was so embarrassed. The interior was not properly cleaned and the exterior was not cleaned at all. The inside of this RV is very "used". When we first opened the door the automatic door closer fell out of the door and was broken. The exterior is dented up. The driver's side brake light/blinker was out - making it unsafe. We reported these issues to the owner and he did not provide any discount for our trip - but instead as "if we rented it again" he would give us a discount. I would never rent this RV again based on the foul condition it was turned over to us. This owner should have comped the trip since he didn't do his due diligence to provide a clean and safe RV for use. I would have refused to use it and get a full refund but it was the day before my wedding and I was stuck because I had no other options. I will never again rent an RV from Outdoorsy without fully checking it out prior to renting it - and making sure the owner will fully clean it prior to pick up. Rent at your own risk. RV cushions should also be re upholstered.

Jennifer, I apologize for the experience you had, All of your concerns have been addressed and we are working to get couches reupholstered. This is a used RV. Maintenance and Safety are of my highest concern. For me to fail you in those regards and make you feel embarrassed I am very sorry. Thank you for taken the time to review as we will do better.

Great first time experiance renting an RV. The size is perfect for any site, pop outs make it very roomy. Easy to navigate on the road and in tight spaces. Scott is awesome, great communicator and always quick to respond. The RV was perfect, easy to use great for dry camping, we had no issues. Pick up was smooth, RV clean and ready to go on an adventure. I will definitely rent from Scott again.
