We are Mike & Leslie Carter. Retired Firefighters from Mdfr in Sunny South Florida know as Miami. We are offering our retirement home away from home for you to camp, vacation, relax and explore along the beautiful Emerald Coast Highway also known as 30A. Please be respectful and treat her with love and respect like it's your own. We are located in Santa Rosa Beach and she is available for delivery only. We will deliver, set up, go over all the systems and pick her up when you are done having fun. We have about 10 RV parks in our area and we're only 4 miles to the beautiful white sandy beaches off of 30A.What's includedOur RV will come fully stocked with linen. Full set of sheets, blankets and pillows for both beds. A set of bath towels for 4, dish towels and 4 beach towels. Small bottle of dish/hand soap, garbage bags, one roll of paper towels, one roll of special RV toilet paper. Please ONLY use RV toilet paper, hair dryer. Set of dishes for 4, drinking glasses, wine glasses, pots and pans and basic spices. Keurig coffee maker, blender, outdoor rug, table for grilling and 4 camping chairs. Two ROKU TVSRecommendationsDestin Fla is 30 minutes west of us and Panama City Beach is only 35 minutes east of us. The famous 30A is an 18 mile stretch you can ride your bike or explore by car. We have the very popular towns of Seaside, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seagrove, Grayton Beach and Gulf Place.Other things to noteNO SMOKING OF ANY KIND is aloud in the RV.

We can't speak highly enough about our hosts on this trip! The ease of communication, cleanliness of the RV, delivery/pickup, and genuine thoughtfulness that Leslie and Mike put into everything helped make our stay incredible. When we arrived, everything was already set up, Leslie and Mike were there to welcome us, and they made sure that we had everything we needed. They truly nailed the RV listing when they listed it as "Glamping on the Emerald Coast"! Their Grand Design Solitude is exceptionally clean, very well built, and has a ton of interior space in case of a rainy afternoon. Having a cool, comfortable place to unwind and recharge after a great day at the beach was absolutely wonderful! We'll definitely be Glamping with Leslie and Mike's Solitude again!

This was an absolutely perfect trip. Leslie and Mike were amazing hosts- everything was set up for us when we arrived and they gave us the grand tour! This RV is in amazing condition and there’s so many little amenities that really upgrade the experience. We had a great time at Topsail and it was so nice to have comfortable beds and a great air conditioner to come back to :) I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful rental and its gracious hosts!!!
