This is a 2022 ALiner Classic with queen sofa bed, water heater, furnace (no hookup required), AC and heat pump (require electricity hookup), 3-way refrigerator (no hookup needed), microwave, Kurig Coffee maker, sink, 2-burner stovetop, dinette convertible into second (twin-size) bed. Great for 3-4 people. Easy setup. Pets allowed with fee. For toilet, the camper includes a portable toilet setup and a smaller pop up tent/Shower for privacy outside. The pop up tent can also be used for privacy for the outside shower. Absolutely No Smoking. Surcharge of $200 if evidence of smoke. Dry weight is 1909 lbs. Water tank hold 15 gallons. Sorry, no camping on Oceano dunes.
