Generator Works: TV, Blue-ray/DVD player, AC, microwave and power outletsPlease let us know your aproximate ETA when you return at least 24 hrs in advance, and 1 hour in prior.Please make sure RV returned full of gas and propane, with both black and grey tanks emptied. Fresh water at about 1/3 level.No Pets

RV is not allowed to be driven on any type of dirt roads. It must only be driven on paved roads.If you would like to rent from us, please let us know:
1. How many people will be traveling in the RV?
2. Where you are traveling to?
3. What experience do you have driving/using a class C motorhome? This helps us plan the time we need to spend at checkout.
4. Location must have full RV hookups. No Boon docking.We hope we can help you go on your trip!A word on Covid-19:
We believe that camping is a great way to make travel memories during these weird times. And we want you to do it safely. In addition to our standard cleaning between guests, we disinfect high touch areas in the trailer, including handles, light switches, etc.What's included

If the Unit has been sitting then pick up can be flexible(please inquire into bookings)Drop off time would be set for 2 pm. If the renter needs an extended time frame then that should be discussed or renter should book out an additional day for return time frames. If a delivery service is requested then the same time frame of 2 pm is expected for pick ups. 5Joe is an amazing host who walked us through all of the in and outs of the Thor Quantum LH26 that we rented and guided us through the experience. As novice RVers, we had some questions during our trip and Joe was quick to respond and help out. The RV was in great condition and even had bedding and kitchen essentials included. We thoroughly enjoyed our rental. I highly recommend Joe and his Quantum to anyone looking to rent an RV in the Santa Cruz area.
