This is glamping at it's best. Fits 2-6 family members quite well or share an experience with friends. Queen bed up front is topped with memory foam for a great night's sleep. The couch and dinette turn into a bed as well and provides a comfortable night sleep. There is plenty of storage space inside as well as outside the trailer. The bathroom is spacious unlike others the shower is a full stand up shower. What's includedAir conditioning, heat, 2 TV’s living room and bedroom, everything included dishes, utensils, including toilet paper. All you need to bring is sheets, blankets, and towels.RecommendationsIf you live the ocean Port Aransas, North Padre Island, and Rockport are hot spots.Other things to noteNo smoking, no roof access
