5.0Kelvin is great with communication and has a very helpful YouTube video to get familiar with the key features of the van prior to rental. The van itself had all we needed for our outdoor trip - 2 comfortable beds, nice sized fridge, electric kettle, gas stove and small, but useful bath/shower. The van is narrow and not too long so is easy to maneuver (campsites, winding roads, etc). We had a great week in the self contained space.

5.0The van was perfect for our 6 day trip to Yosemite. You can tell Kelvin was very thoughtful about the design and set up and everything was intuitive and easy to find or use. The van was clean and the linens provided were comfortable. Kelvin himself was always super responsive and helpful and made us feel very supported. If we go to this part of the country again we will certainly be renting from him. It was a great experience from start to finish.

The van, his communications, the video to get comfortable, his warmth and flexibility….: it doesn’t get any better than renting this van from Kelvin. Just don’t rent it when I want it again please?!? :)

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

A one hour grace period is allowed for standard Pickup and Drop-off times. Anything earlier than that for Pickup or later than that for Drop-off, there is an add-on available for an extra fee. However, if there is a back-to-back rental the very next day which makes it impossible to clean/service the van for the next guest, this add-on may not be available. Please inquire with the host.
