I've camped all my life and recently acquired this trailer. I hope that it's as much fun for you as it is for me and my family! This camper is great, especially if you don't own a large vehicle, or are looking to get off the beaten path. The interior is super clean, and you might be surprised by how much interior space there is.Pet's allowed but I do request that all the hair be gone upon return. My Portuguese Water Dog camps in this trailer and lucky for me he doesn't shed and is hypo allergenic!3-way Refrigerator: 12volt, 110v electrical hookup, or propane. The heater is propane with electric fan. There is not toilet or shower inside. There is an outdoor shower hose with temperature control. This trailer tows very smoothly. I can provide a hitch so that you can use the sway bars which make it ride down the highway very easily.I just put on new tires.Upgraded Stereo: Bluetooth, AUX, USB input / charger / radio. 2 new exterior speakers (in addition to existing interior speakers)Beds. Manufacturer states this can sleep 6. That would be tight. Here are the actual specs:
77” x 48” Queen Bed
77” x 66” full
Convertible table/benches into a bed (could sleep two small children but realistically 1).Hitch Weight: 265 lbs
Gvwr: 3500 lbs
Dry Weight 2,285 lbs
Box Length: 9' 10"
Total Trailer length (closed): 16''7"
Total Trailer length (open): 21'
Length Closed: 16' 7"
Width CLosed: 7' 5"Fresh Water: 26 Gal.What's includedLMK what you need. There are two propane tanks mounted on the front, I will provide them to you full. Either return them full or I will charge you cost of what I need to refill them. The two beds have waterproof mattress covers (but aren't the rubbery style, they are comfortable and quiet)LMK if you need other camping suppliesWhat's in the trailer:
Mixing bowls
Measuring Cups
Spatula
Can Opener
Steak Knives
Cutting Boards
First Aid Kid
Fresh Water Hose
Waste Water Hose
RecommendationsPop up trailer do require a bit of set up and take down and best if two people do it. It takes about 15-20 minutes to set up the trailer or take it down. Other things to noteYour vehicle should have a tow package with a brake controller. When the trailer is in it's towing configuration, there isn't a lot of storage in the trailer while hauling. Certainly there's some room under the table, and in some of the other floor area but be prepared to haul some of your gear in your vehicle too. This is a 7 pin wiring plugI will want to make sure that electrical connections and brakes/blinkers work before you pull away with the trailer.

Greg was great from the moment I booked his trailer. He was responsive, friendly, informative, and readily available. I would not hesitate to rent from him again. Regarding the trailer, it was clean, in excellent shape, and stocked with just about anything you'd need. While I have all my own gear, if you find yourself short something, Greg likely has it stocked on the trailer. Lastly, the trailer was quite spacious and extremely easy to tow.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Just ask. I get that things can be busy and tough to coordinate. I have a fairly flexible schedule and will do my best to accomodate reasonable requests.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
The trailer doesn't have a holding tank for any waste water. There's a drain outlet that you can connect a provided hose to to drain the sink water into a bucket that you can provide or into septic/sewer if provided at the campground..
Electric - Just plug in the cord that extends from the trailer. There are a few adapters in the trailer to that should get you hooked up to an RV electric hookup or a standard outlet/extension cord
Q.How many can I realistically sleep in the unit
A.
There's a queen bed in the back that sleeps two very comfortably. The full bed in front can easily sleep two kids. Two adults might find it a bit tight. The table/bench can be utilized as a bed and can sleep one.
