-no smoking allowed. If we smell smoke then the RV will require a deep cleaning at a cost of $500
-camping chairs and grill included for free
-some basic dishes and utensils are included free

Pet fee will be taken out of security deposit, along with any other additional cleaning/prep fee's.
We love to share our home away from with you, please be aware of the following requests we have to ensure our home on wheels gets returned to us in the same condition it was received...
This is where we have to say, “your mom doesn’t live here!”
There is a minimum cleaning fee of $200 charged to deposit upon return. This fee covers the basic sanitation of the inside of the rig and the unavoidable bugs, dirt and dust that accumulate on the outside of the rig during your trip.
Please wash and replace all dishes and utensils. The toilet must be wiped down before returning the Trailer(if rented). The refrigerator, freezer, microwave and oven/grill must be wiped down as well. Please sweep the floor and make sure there are no stains on the upholstery or beds. There will be extra charges if these basic requests have not been completed.
It’s very rare we have issues with renters returning the RV looking like a “tornado blew through it” but it has happened. Please be courteous and considerate of other guests and care for our home away from home to avoid extra charges.
