This is a year 1 year old 2022 Rockwood Travel Trailer. Our family loves to go on adventures in it with friends and family. This rig is equipped with the queen size bed with separate sleeping area, Full size bunk beds that sleep up to 4 people (2 in each bunk), Pull out couch, and convertible dinette that can sleep 2 kids or 1 full size adult in each for optimal comfort. This rig comes with a refrigerator/freezer (inside & Out), microwave, oven, gas stovetop (inside & Out), kitchen sink, and a full bath.This rig is also equipped with the latest technology including stereo system with speakers inside and out. TV that can be plugged in to any platform such as apple tv, roku, etc..., and an electric fireplace. What's includedyou will get fresh linens, Towels, cookware, utensils. For an additional fee, we can deliver and pickup within 100 miles upon request. Other things to notePets Welcome!

Ben is an amazing host! Our trip had a couple of glitches and he worked with us every step of the way. The RV was set up, clean, and ready to go when we arrived. The amenities were excellent and the logistics of it all went smoothly. Our family traveled from New Mexico to California for a reunion, thanks to Ben we enjoyed the time spent there. We will for sure be booking with him again next year!

Ben was a phenomenal host. Everything is well thought out and so detailed with all items needed for camping. Full kitchen , beds were more than comfortable, accessories galore. Delivery and setup was already in place. Even provided a tour ..10/10. Will absolutely book again
