5From setting up the reservation to dropping the van off with Carline, it could not have gone any better in my mind. Carline kept in touch leading up to our trip to answer any questions we had, and then was very flexible with my whackadoodle schedule to make sure I could meet to pickup the van and get a rundown from her, which I very much appreciate. Her tour and guidance with the van was top notch with how to operate everything with some excellent tips, tricks and little tidbits! She checked in with us during our trip and genuinely wanted to make sure we had a great time. The van, Carline and the experience was top notch. Absolutely nothing even remotely close to negative about the whole experience from start to finish. Thank you!!

5Great van. It was perfect for my trip. Very well equipped with everything you need. Carline had to do a virtual pick up & drop off, but provided a video to show how to operate the van. In addition to written instructions inside the van. She texted me during my trip to make sure everything was okay or if I had any questions. I had no problems and would definitely rent again!

5Carline met me at Mori Van and walked me through its many options. The power system is fantastic. Great lights inside and out. Lots of cargo space, endless it seemed! The fridge was a highlight, I’ve never had one of those and it took remarkably little power. The battery is very long lasting I thought I’d have to watch it but I never had a worry. Each system power switch is easy to access from multiple locations in the van so you have control over lights and power wherever you are. USB ports and power outlets are all over, I did wish there was an easy one to reach by the kitchen drawers and countertop. Mori had dual Bike racks when I rented and both a privacy screen to add between the open back doors and an extending platform to increase space when parked. Hooks and tie down spots all over so everything you have can be secured. Knowing how easy it is to transform; Mori may vary in configuration after my review. It can be adjusted so easily. I found all the major systems really easy to use and intuitive. Heat, A/C, water pump. Mori was stocked with almost all the items you need and has really quality kitchen gear. An induction stove is included so make sure if you bring your own pots they are magnetic(test with a fridge magnet.) I didn’t find a boiling pot and couldn’t get one locally but the pans included are super high quality. I could tell some fancy cooking had been practiced, I was used to simpler camp food so plan accordingly and go for a gourmet menu! The kitchen and fridge make anything possible. Induction cooking is fast and efficient, perfect for an RV. Now I want one at home. The awning is great, perfect for midday shade and operates easily with one person. Bring a table and chairs to be super comfortable chilling under the awning. Sleeping is a pleasure, I really like the permanent bed set up rather than one that must be broken down immediately after use. Be sure you’re a bit agile as Mori can be a tight squeeze and the bed has to be climbed into, it was about shoulder height for me. I found it comforting to know there was a clever toilet if necessary. Refills might be expensive but you could certainly use it all the time if you wanted. The driving is simple and there’s no lack of power. Mori is hardy and made to go anywhere, I didn’t need it but the 4 wheel drive system and the rugged tires made for dreams of future off-road travels. Mori is a chunky RV, heavy duty, not a typical road car so drive it expecting a bit of wind steer and give yourself lots of braking distance. I had one emergency stop as a deer darted out on the road as I rounded a turn but Mori handled it great and the deer pounced back into the woods. Carline was super fast with all communications and was ready to help with everything. I had a wonderful time and I’d love to rent Mori again.
