At RouteCruiser, our goal is to provide a clean, comfortable, and professional rental experience for every guest. We kindly ask that you treat the trailer with the same care and respect as if it were your own. Smoking Policy RouteCruiser maintains a strict no-smoking policy inside the RV. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping, or any smoking products. If any evidence of smoking is found inside the RV, the renter will automatically forfeit the $500 security deposit to cover professional cleaning and odor removal. Cleaning Expectations The RV should be returned in the same general condition it was received. Basic cleaning after your trip is expected. If excessive cleaning is required, additional fees may apply. Waste Tanks If towing the RV, both black and gray tanks must be emptied before return, unless a dump service add-on was purchased. Always dump the black tank first, followed by the gray tank. Pickup & Return Times Please follow the pickup and return times listed on your reservation. Early pickup or late return may be available for an additional fee but is not guaranteed and depends on availability. We recommend adding this option at booking if needed. Driver Requirements Renters must be 25 years or older and hold a valid driver's license. Insurance Coverage All renters must select an Outdoorsy protection package. This functions as an excess policy, meaning claims must first go through the renter’s primary auto insurance. If coverage is denied, the Outdoorsy protection plan will become the primary coverage. Early Returns Refunds are not provided for early returns once a trip has started. Communication At RouteCruiser we value transparency and communication. If you have any special requests, we are always happy to see if accommodations can be made. If your travel plans change, we kindly ask that you communicate any updates with us as soon as possible.
