2021 Airstream Atlas
Our “Luxe Adventure” is a top of the line 2021 Airstream Atlas that boasts not only the very best that Airstream has to offer, but also the very best from Mercedes-Benz. The unit is easy to drive and has all the safety features found on top line vehicles today, including side and rear-view cameras, active cruise control assist, lane departure monitoring, GPS navigation and air ride suspension. The unit is 24’ 9” long, 8’ 3” wide and 10’ 6” tall making it remarkably easy to drive and maneuver this luxury suite on wheels.
The living area features a supple ultra-leather reclining couch that when fully reclined has a murphy bed (73”x 73”) that folds out on top of it. There are seatbelts for 4 people and the murphy bed will accommodate 2 guests. The entire space can be made larger by pushing a button and having the couch and murphy bed section expand out providing even more room in this suite. Directly across from the couch is a pop up 40” UHD TV with Bose soundbar.
The luxury galley has a stainless-steel sink, residential style faucet, refrigerator and freezer, convection/microwave combo and a 2-burner propane cooktop, where meals can be easily prepared. Plenty of storage is available throughout the suite and is particularly abundant in the galley.
At the rear of the suite, you will find a full-size bathroom that spans the rear of the coach. From the spacious full-sized shower with teak wood inlays to the closet that is cedar lined, no details have been neglected.
Not to be forgotten, the outside of the “Luxe Adventure” can be turned into your outdoor retreat. The Atlas comes with a power awning, electrical and LPG hook ups on the outside. There is even an exterior shower hook up with hot and cold running water.

Since owning our last RV, we have been doing road trips in our SUV or renting one for a trip and staying at hotels in the cities, but the wonder and adventure of the outdoors is what we really enjoy. We really wanted to get back closer to the outdoors, so we have made a change.
After reviewing the options available we determined that the Atlas by Airstream was the perfect fit for our adventure lifestyle. The Atlas is a Class B Plus motorhome appointed with best-in-class features. It is literally a luxury hotel suite on wheels.
Currently located in SLC with access to many National Parks and other natural wonders, we have made the decision to offer our RV to others to have their own adventures in luxury. We have appropriately named our new 2021 Airstream Atlas RV “Luxe Adventure”.

Rules and policies
- Not pet friendly

No Drugs or Illegal Activities - Any evidence of the storage, transportation, or use of illegal substances will forfeit your entire security deposit. If the RV is returned with any evidence of drug use or transportation will result in law enforcement being called for a report and to collect evidence.
No Concerts or Festivals - Any evidence of attending a concert or festival will forfeit your entire security deposit.
No Smoking - Smoking (including cigarettes, E-cigarettes, vaping, cigars, pipes, drugs, etc.) in the unit is not permitted. The cost ($200) of additional deep cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit if we detect smoke smell.
No Off Road Driving - This RV shall only be driven on paved roadways. No travel allowed on any non-paved roadways like logging roads, forest service roads, beaches, etc. The only exception to this is a non-paved road inside a licensed RV Park.
This RV cannot be driven outside of the Continental United States or Canada.
No Pets - Pets are not allowed. If we find any evidence of a pet being in the vehicle, you will be assessed a cleaning fee ($200) to remove all hair, dander and odors.
No Towing - You are not authorized to tow any vehicle or trailer as a part of this rental agreement. Any evidence of towing will result in forfeiture of your security deposit.
No Extreme Odors - We do no allow anything that can create a strong smell in the RV that is difficult to remove. We encourage everyone to enjoy the outdoors whenever possible and we provide chairs, table and griddle so that cooking can be done outside. An extra fee ($200) will be charged to remove any strong odors.
No Walking or Storage on the Roof - Access to the roof is prohibited. Any signs of access will be investigated and any damages found will result in forfeiture of your security deposit along with any repairs required. Late Return Fee - For each hour after the scheduled return time you will be assessed a fee of $25.
Key Replacement - If you loose a set a set of keys you will be assessed a fee of $200.
Tolls, Red Light Cameras, Parking Tickets - Toll Roads, Red Light Cameras, Parking Tickets, that we receive after the reservation period that occurred during the rental period will be assessed an additional $75 administrative fee and the administrative fee along with all other costs/fines will be billed to the renter.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
For our guests that are traveling from out of town, we can make arrangements to pick you up and drop you off at the airport
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
We will go over procedures associated with electric, water and sewage hook ups during orientation. There is also a laminated "Cheat Sheet" that will provide you with additional guidance. Finally, there is an iPad provided with the RV that has professionally produced videos on how to operate each of these systems.
Q.How do you program the TV for local reception?
A.
A detailed laminated "Cheat Sheet" is attached to the back of the TV that provides pictures and directions on how to tune to local "Off Air" stations (if available).
Q.What do we need to bring?
A.
While we try to provide everything that will be required to make your adventure enjoyable there are certain things that you will need to bring or purchase. Certainly you will want to pack any clothing, toiletries and medicines that you would normally use. One of your first stops will be the grocery store for food and drinks and based on where you are heading we will provide suggestions. Currently we are providing limited condiments and spices and you should plan on getting those also.
