Delivery Only BY Owner. Delivery within 150 miles of St. peter MN.2 night minimum/3 nights for holiday weekends.Front master bedroom w/king-size bed with door and adjacent roomy bathroom. Kitchen/dining room & living room has a slide-out on each side making the room 12 feet wide for more comfort and space. The dinette converts into a full-size bed as well as the sofa. In the rear is a 3rd slide-out in the bunkroom with 3 twin bunks and single dinette that also converts to a bed if needed (4 twins). Outside there is an outside kitchen with a mini fridge, sink and cook-top. Also, there is an outside hose to rinse off feet and such. What's includedSome camp chairs and 2 camp tables will be included. Blankets, pillows, and linen will be provided for master bed. Pans and kitchen utensils are includedOther things to note-No smoking

-Please clean up any spills or crumbs immediately to avoid attracting pests.
-if it is windy or there is heavy rain, the power awning must be retracted.
