Zion, Sand Hollow, Snow Canyon, Bryce Canyon etc.Other things to noteWe have spent a lot of time and money putting things in the RV that we feel will be helpful for your adventure. We will have an inventory list that we go over at the beginning of your trip, anything lost or damaged will result in a replacement fee. We can also remove anything you feel you won’t use or want to use your own.Drop off:
We require holding tanks to be emptied before drop-off. Failure to do so will require a $100 fee. If you’d rather not deal with the tanks, you can choose the add-on for us to empty for you ($75)Fuel and propane must also be filled prior to drop off. Failure to do so will require a $25 fee plus the cost of propane/fuel.We ask that you keep the RV as close to the same condition you receive it in. We will do a thorough clean between each rental, however if an extensive cleaning is required, we will charge an additional minimum $250 fee.We understand that your four legged friends are part of the family, and want them to be a part of your adventure!! We are pet friendly, however, we charge a $50 extra cleaning fee for bringing pets. We just ask that the pets do not sleep in the beds, and that you wipe pets down before entering the RV. If you bring your pets, you must select the optional pet cleaning fee. If the pet does damage something, it will come out of your deposit to replace/fix.
