In our add ons we have a break module that is available for those
picking up and towing must be added unless guest has there own to use while in tow. FL law requires a breaking module when towing travel trailers. Most trucks and LG SUVs come with tow packages that have feature built in.
Unit is great for families and beds are very comfortable. Very clean and cozy.All beds include memory foam topper on top of mattress for great comfy nights sleep. Couch has a couch cover and dinette cushions have covers. All covers are removed and sanitized between uses. All duvets are also removed and sanitized. Fresh linens and towels. Unit will always be clean and fresh for guest. 24 hrs is currently required between bookings .Our family has loved taking this travel trailer on family adventures and creating great memories.I have worked very hard to make this as simple as camping can be. I want each guest to be able to create memories and relax and we will do the work. All that is needed is clothes , toiletries and food. Please treat camper like you would your home.
Items provided inside camper are to be left inside camper .
Any damages or theft of items will be taken out of deposit , if damages aren’t covered under insurance and exceed deposit it could result in legal action which legal fees and court cost will be paid by renter.
Campers must follow the rules of campground .
Camper may not be moved if reservation is for delivery and pick up.
Awning must be brought in at night or before storm or it can be damaged.
If using the restroom and using the shower guest must check the holding tanks daily. ( electric reader is inside next to kitchen sink, simply hit the button)
When tanks are 2/3 full guest will need to pull Lever to empty tanks.
Dishes, pots, utensils that are used need to be washed after each use.
Grill cover is to be kept on grill when not in use and cool.
Garbage needs to be placed in proper garbage receptacles that camp ground provides daily not left outside.
Absolutely no candles or open flames inside camper at anytime.
If holding tanks come back full a $50 dump fee will be added.

5Camper is fully stocked with everything for an easy trip. Just pack your clothes and some food. Amy has taken care of everything else for you. This is our second time renting this camper, and we are looking forward to the 3rd.

5This is our second year in a row with this same camper and we are grateful we used them again. Setup was easy, we were comfortable, and they were super helpful when I left something and with making pickup easy. Will repeat next year!

5Amy was fantastic to work with especially after we had to reschedule our trip due to weather. The camper is great!!!! It had everything you need included and was extremely easy to tow. Amy was great in providing a thorough overview prior to leaving and drop off was extremely easy! I will definitely be using Amy again for our new outdoorsy adventure, she was fantastic!
