Hi, I’m Pao! By profession I’m a Sacramento real estate agent—by passion I’m a nature lover. There’s nothing I enjoy more than rolling into a quiet campground at dusk, listening to birds chirping, and waking up to the smell of pine and fresh coffee. Weekends find me hiking hidden trails, setting up campfires with my three kids, or stargazing under clear skies. I’ve outfitted my Rockwood Geo Pro G20BHS for simple, carefree adventures—just hook up, unwind, and let the sounds of nature take over. I can’t wait to share the peace and beauty of the outdoors with you!

Super host to work with whether you are a seasoned RVer or just a newbie. Pao was very communicative and returned our messages promptly about any questions we had before, during and after the trip. The trailer was immaculate and easy to tow and set up. Everything worked great. I have zero complaints and only great memories. I will definitely rent from Pao again in a heartbeat.

Q.How do I hook up the power at the campground?
A.
Locate the power pedestal at your site.
Plug in the surge protector first, then the RV power cord.
Make sure the breaker is OFF before plugging in, then switch it ON after.
Your RV uses a 30-amp plug. If only 50-amp is available, use the adapter I provided.
Q.How do I hook up the water?
A.
Use the fresh water hose with the filter and pressure regulator I provided.
Hook it up to the City Water connection on the trailer.
Slowly turn on the campground faucet.
IMPORTANT: Do not turn on the water pump when using city water. It’s pressurized already—no need for the pump and it could damage it.
Q.Why does the heater smell like something is burning?
A.
That’s normal with a newer RV! The furnace may smell like it’s burning the first few times because of factory coatings and oils burning off the heating element. The smell usually goes away after a bit. Just open a window for ventilation and you’re good!
Q.How do I conserve battery usage when camping without hookups?
A.
Turn off lights, fans, and the inverter when not in use. The inverter draws a lot of power even when idle, so keep it off unless you're running something that needs it. Use the water pump only when needed. The fridge runs on 12V and stays on unless manually switched off. Park in direct sunlight to recharge with solar. Use the Bluetti for charging phones or small devices if included. Avoid using high-power appliances unless they are plugged into shore power.
