2022 Heartland Pioneer Camper. Has 1 Queen bed, 2 full size bunk beds, convertible dinette and a fold down couch- sleeps 8 comfortably. Outdoor LED lights (Note: Awning has a tear and is not currently functional). Indoor and outdoor stereo system. Plenty of storage space. Generator provided. Cookware and utensils provided. Fresh sheets, blankets and towels provided. What's includedFresh sheets on queen bed and both full size bunk beds. Extra sheets for fold down couch and convertible dinette. Stocked with toilet paper and some basic kitchen supplies. Generator included. Additional supplies/equipment can be provided upon request. Awning is NOT currently functional.Other things to noteNo smoking in side camper. No festivals. Pets welcome (Additional cleaning fee will apply).

Hi All! We are fairly new RV owners. My husband and I purchased this 2022 RV to take our kids out camping and to make great memories with friends and family. The camper is beautiful and stocked with fresh towels, wash clothes, sheets/pillows, etc. We are flexible with pickup and drop off times. Please feel to reach out to use with any questions.
