I am the first and only owner of this trailer. It has always been kept inside. It comes with a brand, new toilet, new storage tanks, camping chairs, a brand new wireless control braking system. During Business hours anytime. The trailer lives in an indoor storage facility that closes at 5. I can go picket up and bring it to you for a fee.
