The Rv was just as advertised, a great Rv to be able to enjoy any trip that you may have planned. The owner and his team were great, any questions or comment was replied back to almost instantly and in no way shape or form did I feel like I didn’t have support on my trip. I would highly recommend this to my friends and family. Thank you!!

Ryker, Eric and Ben were great to work with, and very responsive with questions. RV drove great. Nicely appointed especially with the Glamping package. Top Notch experience.

Most importantly I wanted a safe and reliable vehicle, this did perform very well, everything worked and on top of that it was a great size and layout for my family of 4. The engine is powerful, and you feel that as you drive it on the road and especially having to go up grades. The exterior was cleaned well and the interior smelled of bleach as we walked in. On closer look however there was more to be done in that department. Underneath the bunk mattresses was extremely dirty with old Band-Aid wrappers and dirt/ hair. The carpeted areas were very dirty and we found an old cookie / food laying on the floor and within the carpet. The oven tho was very clean. There is a lot of interior ware and tear for the age likely because it is used as a business and has been on a lot of trips. The camping chairs and dish-ware provided was very nice and seemed like-new. Compared to similar rigs this seems to be on the pricey side especially with all the ware on the interior but overall we had a great time with it.

Overall, the RV was in good condition. It was missing the correct attachment for the sewer. Thank goodness we had a friend who was able to let us use an extra. The owner was very nice and understanding especially after I hit a pole at a gas station. I would give five stars if the owner had the correct parts and if they provided better instructions on the RV. A 20-minute walk-through for a first-timer is not enough. I would recommend this provider.

This is the worst vacation I ever experienced with this RV owner and Outdoorsy. First, when I came to pick up with my 11 year son and it was 106 degrees outside and the RV was not ready by 3PM. RV was no where to be seen at his location. So we waited for 20min and they barely pulled up the RV. They started to clean the RV and we had to waited for 1.5 hours for them to finish cleaning. They were in a rush so nothing really that clean. At one point his tech walked us through the RV the generator started to shutdown, I was told it’s overheated because of the weather. So I took it as they knew what they were talking about. So my son and I drove off with the RV assuming everything will be just fine. Day1 started out very smooth. We drove about 700 miles no problem. AC seems to work like a charm... Day2, AC unit start acting up... microwave not working, kitchen is dirty on the stove and not function. Propane tank was 1/4 left, I had to go pumped it up. Day3, generator completely went out. I called Outdoorsy and reported the issues. No one send a tech and told they will call back. Day4, generator still not working and i got frustrated because no AC and i have a new born on board. I called the RV owner technician and i was told to just try again in 10min. He said he will contact Outdoorsy for me and get me a tech. Time fly by, no call back nor any tech show up. Day5, i contacted the tech again, he told me to try again, and we keep texting back and forth after that going no where. Issues still there but no help. I contacted Outdoorsy again to setup technician to come out. They do not find any tech available. I then contacted the owner to inform him the issues, he started off by saying why I didn’t notify the issues until today— wow such a nice way to communicate with your customer.... i informed him of the issues, he told me to go find a RV park hook up, i was like my vacation plan is doing a road trip and i already planned everything, and im in the middle of nowhere , how can i get to an RV park... and also called around, every RV park sold out... had to stay in hotel nearby because of the heat. At one point I was able to speak to an Outdoorsy technician from 24HR SUPPORT LINE, they guided me through to check everything. I then found out then cap of the oil from the generator is not closed and the cap is laying on the compartment and oil leaked everywhere. I also informed the owner of RV and told me to go top it off with the oil. I spent few hours of my vacation time go find a near by Autozone and googled up which oil the generator takes and then bought it to top it off... but still the generator won’t start. Day6, i contacted Outdoorsy again, was told no technician available until Monday. Great! This is so helpful. Vacation is now officially ruined and over. I contacted the RV owner again yesterday because on the day I returned the RV he promised to reimburse me for my rental due to the mishap. He responded by saying I ruined his generator because I never closed the oil cap and now his generator is tossed. But wait, why in the world did I have to touch the oil for the generator in the first place. This RV owner is out of his mind. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS RV OWNER
