BM RV Cancellation & Security Deposit Policy
BM RV Cancellation & Rules
Reservation deposit of $1040 paid in advance to book an RV is NON-REFUNDABLE but applies toward the rental cost.
Security Deposit: $1,000.00 is charged before your trip begins. It is released within 30 days after the trip ends, unless any damages need to be assessed.
Lost keys: $100 deducted from the security deposit. Motorhomes depart with fuel tanks full (gas & propane) and must return with the same level of fuel.

Please, keep refrigerator cleaned, bathroom, toilet, stove, oven - those are the main common areas we are paying attention to.

We arrived in Sacramento to see our Coleman lantern 20 foot trailer prepped and ready to go. Alexander helped us hook up our load distributing hitch and it fit perfectly. We received excellent service both departing and returning.
The trailer was clean inside and out and in excellent condition overall with a comfortable bed, nice hot water, etc. The two deep cycle batteries were in poor condition (max charge 55% w/ my volt meter), probably from being drawn down too low by previous renters. Luckily, I brought my own deep cycle battery and was able to easily hook it up rather than run my truck to recharge. Overall, renting was a good experience.
