5This was our first time renting an RV & everything went smoothly and issue-free. Sean answered all of my husband's questions, even after we picked up the RV. Everything was clean & worked well. It was an older but tried & true RV; for the cost savings, it was well worth it! We are already planning our next trip and will definitely be reaching out to Sean again. A big thank you to Tiffany as well!

2This was our first year renting an RV so we didn’t know the mechanics of using one. I had to YouTube the basics since the owner wasn’t present during pickup - no tour, no walkthrough. As soon as we turned it on, we realized there was a major exhaust leak. Once we parked the camper on the site, the exhaust pipe actually fell off. Owner was made aware. I had to fix it on site myself in order to drive it safely back home. During the camping trip, it was a solid camper. There was a leak when it rained from the slide out. We were not aware but glad we had ample towels to maintain it from spreading. Owner’s communication was delayed - possibly due to the holiday. Overall, not a great first experience with a camper but it could’ve been worse.

3Overall the trip was good. However, no one met with me to show me how to operate the RV. The generator wouldn’t work, we couldn’t find the adapter for the power, the AC cut off and on during the drive to and from the destination, and we could not get the canopy to operate properly. We finally found the adapter the second day and that made the trip more pleasant. The owner did send videos later, but the videos did not match the model of RV that we had. It would have been perfect if someone would have gone over those things when we picked the RV up.

5Great experience. Host really cares about the unit. My family enjoyed it and we would use Sean again.
