Heather and Bowman were very easy to communicate with. After giving me an orientation to the RV, Bowman said I could contact him at any time during the trip if I had questions. The 24' RV was easy to handle for someone unexperienced like me. Overall, it was a great experience. The one feedback I would give is potentially having a paper copy of common troubleshooting techniques for the generator/slideout/etc. This could make it easier on Bowman as well because he may receive less texts! If we do another RV trip, Heather and Bowman will be the first RV owners we'll contact.

The RV was perfect for our family of four, driving to Yellowstone and back. Heather and Bowen were very friendly and easy to work with. They explained the full operation of the RV at pickup and were available for questions during the trip. There was a little bit of a learning curve for us, being our first RV road trip. But we had an amazing and unforgettable experience in the end. Highly recommended for families considering a long road trip.

DO NOT RENT! We’ve been camping many times, usually with additional family and decide we needed some more room so we wanted to rent an RV. When picking up the RV we asked about the leveling and the owner said “most camp grounds are flat, and it has automatic leveling “ if we didn’t think we would need leveling we wouldn’t have asked. After many hours spent reading the manual we came to find out that the RV in fact does NOT have self leveling and they had no leveling blocks provided. Therefore we spent our entire trip sleeping/cooking at a slant which was very frustrating. When your paying that amount of money you would think they would provide the appropriate equipment. There is also something clearly wrong with thier wiring system as we were told “you have to push the emergency start to get the slide out to open” seems like the wiring is all bad, the tank gauges were all out of wack, the solar battery panel screeched for hours while driving. It was overall a very bad experience. I tired to reach out to the owners before posting this review and to say she was rude is an understatement. She tried to say “ you should have called, which seems useless unless she was going to drive leveling blocks to us 2 hours away. Long story short, I would highly suggest not renting from them, I’m sure she will reply with all the things they did to “help” but clearly that’s not true.
