Sleeps 4-6 (queen bed in front bedroom, pullout sofa in living room and collapsible dinette table). Full bathroom with corner shower (sliding doors), sink and toilet - located between kitchen/living room and bedroom. Private entrance to the bedroom and then second entry door at rear in living room. Pass-thru storage at front of camper and bed lifts up for easy access. What's includedIndoor: All camping necessities (and luxuries) you can think of + more are included with each rental. Bedding for all sleeping areas, kitchen utensils, plates, cups. TV in living room. Bathroom includes towels (set of 6), toilet paper (RV toilet paper ONLY), hand soap, First Aid Kit).Outdoor: Seating for 6, marshmallow sticks, outdoor rug, camping games.RecommendationsWe are located only 2.5 miles from South Higgins Lake State Park and 12 miles from North Higgins Lake State Park!Other things to note- Camper has 1 slide out, so please make sure this is accounted for when booking your campsite. You’ll also need to ensure campsite can accommodate a trailer up to 30’ (to include hitch length).- Please no smoking inside our camper…if suspected or evidence is found, a $500 fee will be charged.- For any booking over 4 nights, NOT booked on a site with full hook-ups (site including water and sewer) a $50 fee will be collected for filling of fresh water tank prior to delivery as well as the emptying of black and grey tanks after the 4th day of your stay and/or at the end of your trip. This is to ensure that the black and grey tanks do not get backed-up causing major issues!!- Renters will be responsible for all damages beyond the $500 security deposit.- Outside awning is NOT covered by insurance. Renter is 100% responsible for full repair or replacement if you chose to use the awning and it is damaged during stay (PLEASE retract awning during heavy wind/rain and at night to be safe)!

The camper was amazing. It was packed with everything we needed and extremely clean, which makes for a cozy comfy trip. We had friends who also rented campers and they were not nearly as clean as ours. Drop off and pick up were smooth and they went over everything with us. If we decided to camp again, we will surely be using this camper again (if it’s available)
