Beautiful forest river bunkhouse camper. Great for family camping trips and adventures. Heat ac fresh water. What's includedFresh linens, 4 camping chairs, dishes pots pans, large outdoor area rug. this is a turn key camper just bring your food and toiletries. I will deliver camper and set up max 40 mile radius from roscommon miRecommendationsNorth and South higgins lake state park are both great campgrounds.. there is also yogi bear in grayling if kids activities are more of your style. There are tons of great campgrounds in the surrounding areaOther things to noteNo smoking of any kind, no pets no tailgating or festivals. I will tow camper and set up at your campsite and pick up when you are done. camper is not allowed to be towed by customers. Smoking or pets will result in a $250 fine. per infractionawning is not covered by insurance renter is fully responsible for repair or replacement 100% from pocket if they chose to use the awning and it is damaged during there staydrop off time is generally 4 pm unless noted and pick up is 11 am unless noted
