Our family welcomes you to stay in our 2022 Thor - Coleman 30CM Class C. This drivable RV features two slide outs with an RV queen-sized bed that can sleep 2 adults, two buck beds that can sleep 1 kid each, a loft full sized bed that can sleep 2 adults, and a convertible couch bed that could sleep 1 adult or 2 kids. It also includes a kitchen sink, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, ac/heater, toilet, shower, vanity sink, lots of storage areas, and 2 televisions (one inside and one outside).
We will stock with a starter set of toilet paper (septic safe), paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, sheets for the RV queen bed, towels, pots & pans, and cooking utensils.
We want you to have fun in our RV- and even come back to use it again! We have a few rules that will ensure our RV stays running for years to come. Violation of any of the rules will result in additional fees being charged.- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets.
- No smoking or anything that can create a strong smell in the RV that is difficult to remove.
- No festivals.
- No climbing, sitting, or walking on the roof.
- No traveling outside of the continental US, or outside pre-approved areas.
- No travel is allowed on any non-paved roadways.
- Renter’s personal property is their own responsibility. Renter releases Owner from all claims for injury.
- If for any reason Renter abandons the RV, they will be charged a $3,000 fee for Abandonment and Retrieval, plus Owner’s transportation costs.
- Mileage- 250 free miles/Day
- 4 generator hours/day
- Service Animal allowed case by case, may require extra depositIf gas tank is not full, $5 per gallon will be be charged

- Prep fee: $162.00. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. End of the Trip dump options as well for the black tank and gray tanks.
