We want you to be fully informed before booking and have realistic expectations regarding your RV rental. We believe in complete transparency to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone. -No refunds will be issued for late departures, early returns, or unused rental days. Once your reservation dates are secured, those dates are unavailable to other renters. - Pick-up is at 3:00 PM and return is at 12:00 PM unless otherwise agreed to in writing. - All drivers must be at least 35 years old, listed on the rental agreement, and approved in advance. Only approved drivers may operate the vehicle. No exceptions. - Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the RV. If tobacco, vape, marijuana, or smoke odor is detected upon return, additional cleaning fees and/or forfeiture of the security deposit may apply. - Frying foods inside the RV is strictly prohibited. Foods that create strong lingering odors, including fish, liver, bacon, or heavily spiced foods, should not be cooked inside the vehicle. Any frying must be done outside. -Travel into Mexico or Canada is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized travel into either country may result in the vehicle being reported as stolen and forfeiture of the security deposit. -Please do not place food debris into sink drains. -The RV must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. - The cassette toilet must be emptied, cleaned, and sanitized before return. Failure to do so will result in a $150 cleaning fee. -The RV will be provided with a full tank of gasoline and must be returned with a full tank. Failure to refuel will result in a $150 refueling charge. -No towing is permitted. -No off-roading is permitted. Jeep trails, unmaintained roads, beaches, and other off-road terrain are prohibited. This is a camper van, not an off-road vehicle. -No candles or incense may be burned inside the RV. -One small dog may be permitted with prior approval. Please inquire before booking.
