-50 in. flat screen smart TV in main cabin area and 32” TV in bunk room

The trailer awning is the full responsibility of the renter. After return inspection, if there is any damage, the renter will fix, repair, or replace at the renter's expense. Do not leave awnings out in windy or stormy weather or leave awnings unattended at any time. Do not hang or tie anything on awnings or let children play with/near the awning.* Use the bucket of provided cleaning supplies and broom for cleaning inside the trailer for regular everyday use. Please be sure to wipe down countertops, floors, fridge/freezer, bathroom, and shake out rugs.*No pets please!*No music festivals please!*Leave shoes in a basket near the entrance/outside the camper, please.* Damage to the travel trailer must be reported to Brett and Linnea Hurley immediately! That way, arrangements can be made for repair and to notify the next renter of possible delay. Repairs must not be performed by renter unless authorized by Brett and Linnea Hurley.

5This trailer was very nice. Very luxurious. I have only camped in tents … and this was like staying in a Hilton Hotel . It would be handy if there was a basic instruction how-to sheet for a rookie RV user like me. We had a huge rain storm and fortunately took down the awning in time …… there could’ve been damage if we left it up. It took me a while to figure out how to drain the gray water over to an adequate wooded area. Some basic written do's and don’ts, would have been helpful.
