If you are hooked up to sewer during your stay don't leave holding tank valves open. Only open valves when tanks are full then close them. If you just leave the valves open it can allow build up causing the tanks to not properly drain or get backed up resulting in damages and unnecessary fees.
Always drain and rinse the black tank first the close valve and drain both gray tanks. This allows the gray water to rinse out the waste in the sewer hose from the black tank.

• Rinse and Drain Black Holding Tank and Drain Both Grey holding tanks
-Here are my Service Fees if you find any of those task inconvenient and would rather pay me to do it:
• Refuel Rear Auxiliary gas tank with Premium 91 Octane: $20 Trip charge and $4.25 per gallon
• Propane: $20 Trip Charge and $4.25 per gallon
• RV Dump: Drain and Rinse Black Holding Tank and Drain Both Gray Holding Tanks: $35 Trip Charge
-Other important things to note:
• Please take off your shoes on carpeted areas
• Carpet Cleaning Service if needed $45 plus $10 per stain
• If any repair work is need after your trip I just charge $65 an hour plus parts. If I can't fix it I will just charge you whatever the shop charges me for the repair on top of a $100 service fee for me to: coordinate with the shop, drop off and pick up our rig.
-Before departing please do a thorough walk through/inspection inside and outside the rig to insure everything is ready for travel.
• Inside Walk Though: all windows are closed, both roof vents are closed, both TVs are pushed back and secured against the wall with straps, shower door is secured and latched, interior garage, bathroom, and bedroom doors are closed, and any other adjustments you see necessary for safe, secure travel.
• Outside Walk Through: Make sure the awning, all 3 slides, front and rear jacks are all retracted.
• Verify that the power cord, water hose, sewage hose, are all disconnected.
• Both steps for the front and back door are folded up and pushed into place.
• The rear garage ramp/door is shut and both latches are properly secured. All storage doors are closed, latched, and locked.Most Importantly, Have Fun and Enjoy, We're Pumped to Host for You!
