This was a great experience for us. First time driving an RV. Aaron made pick up extremely easy and went over everything with the RV. He also includes a manual should you forget anything he teaches you at the pick-up. The RV worked amazing for our trip. We attended a festival and was perfect size for my wife and I. Gave us plenty of room, A/C was amazing, and it was really nice to have room for storage and fridge/freezer. Very easy to drive, the experience was great, and we will absolutely use again!

The photos of the RV don't do it justice, The RV is beautiful and spacious. It was perfect for our group size, and great to drive. Aaron was flexible with the pick-up and drop-off times, which helped our group out a lot. Aaron was great at showing us how everything worked, and the setup of the couch and dinette was easy. • ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING OF ANY KIND IN OR WITHIN 50' OF THE RIG. Evidence or odor of smoking will result in a minimum detail fee of $1,500. • Rig must be returned cleaned on the inside and in the same condition as when rental began. If the rig is returned dirty, a minimum excess cleaning fee of $350 will be applied. • Rig must be returned cleaned on the outside and in the same condition as when rental began. If the rig is returned dirty, a minimum cleaning fee of $350 will be applied. • Unless prepaid, the fuel tank must be returned full; if not returned full, you will be charged for an empty tank (55 gallons at $8/gallon, total $440). • Unless prepaid, the propane tank must be returned full; if not returned full, you will be charged for an empty tank (16 gallons at $7/gallon, total: $112). • Unless prepaid, the holding tanks must be returned empty and properly drained/flushed. If improper draining/flushing is discovered upon return, you will be charged a $150 tank dump fee • Provided power cables, water hoses, and adapters must be returned neatly to their respective storage areas (the same condition as when rental began). Improperly returned connections will result in a $150 fee. • You are required to purchase Interior Damage Protection through Outdoorsy • Festivals require pre-approval and carry a higher security deposit and mandatory cleaning fee upon return. The rig IS NOT available for Burning Man.
