The best family memories have been doing things outdoors and sharing stories around a campfire. Make your vacations memorable in my modern RV with the comforts having a bed and a place to cook and shower. What are you waiting for? Take some time off and go on an adventure with your kiddos and/or significant other. In the end no one ever says "I wished I would have worked more".My NEW 2017 Panther Mini lite, 18 ft weighs 3900 lbs dry. Pop out dinette. Bluetooth stereo. Sleeps 2 -3 adults comfortably. No smoking, no pets. 4 night min. Insurance and roadside assistance available. Ball 2 5/16, 2" receiver, 7 wire harness/brake control needed. Easy tow. You must have your own tow vehicle. Weekday pickups must be before 630am or after 6pm due to my work schedule. Season/holiday rates apply.No generator yet. If you need one it needs to be at least 3500 watt. Hitch is about 14" from ground so receiver needed depends on your vehicle height. Adjustable hitch seems to work best.Please let me know what your tow experience is, campgrounds you plan on visiting, number of people that will be staying in RV, and any information that will help me provide you the most accurate quote.For my protection and yours I keep as much communication as possible on Outdoorsy email.For specifications:Owner Manual$150 charge if returned not cleaned and dumped/ $40 fee for empty propane tank.
