5Macy is running a great service. The trailer was perfect for my husband and and and a child. Go through the gear and make sure you have everything you need. She is wonderful at making sure you're set to go!

2It was really nice that Macy allowed an early pick up, however communication and execution was really challenging. The host was not there when we arrived, we managed to get a hold of her after waiting about 20 minutes and her brother came out to hand off the trailer. But there was no walk through or test drive. The trailer didn’t feel properly prepped, the water tank was full of green water we had to drain and refill, the black tank was 2/3 full, there was bedding for one bed but not the other, no extra towels or dish towels or sponges, no hot chocolate as advertised. One of the wheel wells was cracked. It’s a fine little trailer and members of our party were experienced enough to pull off a successful trip but we had to stock and maintain the trailer ourselves.
