We picked up the RV and right away had to go fill up the tires with air since they were almost flat. The entire inside smelled like mold after sitting closed up for a long time. The door had problems staying locked and swung open on it's own several times. We drove it to our campsite and got all hooked up, and then found out the hot water heater didn't even work at all. So my family and I spent 4 days camping with no hot water at all. Luckily there was a bathhouse nearby for us to take showers in. I spent half the trip attempting to fix the hot water that never came on. Everything else worked ok inside and it was given to us clean and neat. We finished our trip and tried to return it to the owner and ended up having to wait around in a parking lot at night for over an hour and a half just for her to show up so we could give it back and continue our trip to go home. We were apologized to over and over again about the hot water and was told we would receive some money back for the inconvenience. Once we got home the owner did return a small amount of money that only came out to 5% of what we paid for the entire rental, which in our mind was not sufficient enough. We were told that the last time it was used was around 6 months ago and they didn't even use the hot water then. This led us to believe that the owner knew it was broken when she rented it to us. There is definitely no way we would ever rent that trailer from that owner ever again.

Had a great experience and the owner was quick to respond and very helpful, She basically saved our whole trip by letting us book last minute due to our previous rental we had lined up canceled the day before we were suppose to leave.
