4.0RV model and size was as described in the listing. We had the RV delivered. It was brought on time. The host was out of town which likely led to some of the issues we faced. The RV had been cleaned out and had clean sheets. But the microwave, utensils, and the extra fridge were not clean. We also did not have blankets for the bunk beds. And the linens did not include towels. The blankets and towels is likely more of communication issue. The host John was responsive and wanted to address any and all issues. In the end we cleaned up a little bit, stayed and had a good overall trip.

5.0John and his trailer were great. It was just what I needed for a hot summer week camping with my 2.5 year old. Trailer had an outdoor stove and fridge, linens for the beds, pillows, and other nice amenities.
