Vintage Trillium Trailer - Easy to tow

Offers delivery

Pet friendly

Sleeps 4

13 ft. long

Note: My vintage trailer suffered extensive damage during its first Outdoorsy rental in July 2022. It was towed to a facility in Alberta to be repaired. That became complicated. Since the claim is still active this listing is still up to keep the photos and booking details. It's very unfortunate that I lost use of my trailer all of last summer. It's now been re-inspected and the cost to fix it is beyond what Icbc will pay. So it's almost one year without use of my trailer, or any rentals.Hopefully this problem is resolved before the 1 year mark so I can purchase another one to enjoy camping again. If you'd like to have a camping experience with vintage charm, then you'll enjoy using this 1978 Trillium trailer. You'll be cosy and comfortable, plus have shelter from wind, rain and wildlife. It's great for a small family such as two parents and one or two children using the bunks. Or you could sleep two using the "full" bed and one small adult in the lower bunk.Your vehicle will need to have a towing capacity of at least 2000 lbs. and a hitch receiver plus either a 7 pin or 4 pin wiring connection. I have a few different options for ball-mounts, with a 1 7/8" ball. We can advise on measuring to determine if you need a 3.5", 6" or 8" drop. What's includedComes with plates, bowls, plastic cups, a few pots and pans, cutlery, utensils, cheese slicer and grater, wine opener, can opener etc. We provide flat sheets to cover the upholstery and you need to bring blankets or sleeping bags. We also provide an outdoor mat, a large tarp and rope.
Add-ons available: outdoor stove, propane fire pit, folding aluminum table, folding benches, camp chairs, additional propane tank, disposable small propane bottles and a Honda generator.
We don't yet have an awning or canopy; the tarp can be set up for additional shelter.
RecommendationsThere are several camping areas near Revelstoke: Blanket Creek Provincial Park, Martha Creek Provincial Park, Wadey Creek Recreation Site, Carnes Creek Recreation Site. Other things to noteDo not take the trailer on forest service roads or any rough gravel roads where there are potholes. We require the location of where the trailer will be travelling.Pets are welcome provided they don't come in the trailer wet and dirty. Due to the size of the trailer, it can accommodate one medium or large dog, or one to two small dogs. Provide info please. If there is any extra odour or dirt we will charge an extra cleaning fee.No smoking in the trailer. No parties or festivals please.

Frequently asked questions

Q.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

A.

Message me with details and we can decide on flexibility.

Q.

Does the fridge work?

A.

Yes the fridge works and when possible I have it pre-chilled before your pick up. It's fairly easy to light to run off propane. If you have electrical hook up it can work off power.

Q.

Does the furnace work?

A.

Yes the furnace works but it makes it quite hot. So, it's best to turn it on briefly to take the chill and moisture out, and not leave it on for hours.

Q.

Do you have a generator?

A.

A generator can be rented for $10/day.

Hi! I've been camping for about 15 years in BC, Washington and Oregon, starting with an off-road tent trailer and now this is my second hard sided camping trailer. It's easy to tow and set-up, and it provides a comfortable space for sleeping, cooking and dining. If the weather gets a bit wet you'll be glad to be in a trailer! This is a pet friendly camper however let's chat if you have more than one. After your rental I ask that you return the trailer in the same condition that you received it. Send me a message about your next camping adventure in beautiful BC, the Kootenays and Rocky Mountains and I'd be happy to assist.
