2020 Winnebago Revel
Vanarchy is a gorgeous 4 wheel drive 2020 Sprinter van Revel 44E. She has a full sized power lift bed that secures to the ceiling for more "garage" space for toys while traveling. The side flares and tall ceiling fit a 6'2" person comfortably for sleeping and moving about the cabin without crunching or stooping. Fast-heating induction stove and nearly silent heater with on-demand water heater give you a cushy glamping experience. The private all-in-one bathroom has a 5-gal capacity cassette toilet and warm indoor and outdoor showers fed by a 21 gallon freshwater tank. There is an extra single bed for a third camper. This is easily assembled across the backseat area and fits a medium sized adult or large child. Indoor lighting options for every use: bright cooking surface, garage spots, mellow dining and relaxing lowlights.
This Mercedes gets high mileage with diesel and is a dream to drive. The huge navigation display and bluetooth media can be operated from steering wheel controls. She fits well in a regular-sized parking spot. A back up camera and tight turning radius makes it a breeze to maneuver. It is very intuitive to drive! Many USB charging ports throughout.
Extra fuel containers and an external locked storage box are mounted on the back.
Dish towels and all cookware and utensils included. We even wrestle the clean sheets on the bed for you. Pickup from Reno/Tahoe airport available upon request, however a rideshare from the airport is less than $20.
Get this VIP backstage pass to all of Tahoe and the Sierras for your holiday adventures.

There are several great apps for finding free camping. This is especially great for exploring places like Yosemite which book out entirely with reservations. There are plenty of spots just outside the boundaries, just a short drive into the most desirable parks. There is no camp to break down, and moving along is so easy you can camp in a new spot every night. No neighbors, no crowds, just the open night sky and the calm quiet sounds of nature.

Please do NOT insert baby wipes, flushable wipes or sanitary items in the toilet. Only RV/septic tank-compatible toilet paper is allowed. Renter is responsible for all damages to sewage tanks from improper use. Minimum repair cost is $750.
No bleach products allowed. This will damage the interior, sewage tanks and flooring. Only use cleaning products provided.
No food debris in sink drains. Please use the drainage basket and dispose of food in the trash. RV drains will clog with food and coffee grounds. Before pushing the sink drain button, please remove all debris.
Please do not drive in excess of the speed limits. This can damage the vehicle.
Please do not text/message and drive.
Please use a safe following distance. The RV is set up to slow down when you are too close to the vehicle in front of you. The RV is very heavy and hard to stop. The renter is responsible for damages to the braking system that result from hard braking.
Please do not deep fry foods or fry fish inside the RV. The excess grease buildup and odors require removal with harsh chemicals that may damage the interior and environment.
Please protect upholstery from activities that cause stains, damage and soiling. Excess cleaning and repairs result in additional charges taken from the security deposit.
Please do not sit or stand on the roof. The solar panels and other equipment are breakable and renter is responsible for all damages. You may climb the RV ladder to clean off the solar panels or inspect the vehicle only.
Pets: Dogs are the only pets allowed. All damages will be paid from security deposit.
Smoking: No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, candles or anything burning allowed. Failure to comply will result in the loss of $750 of the deposit for odor removal and cleaning.
Vomit and bodily fluid messes are biohazard and result in an excess cleaning charge which may exceed the security deposit.
Black tank: Failure to dump and properly clean black tank will result in a charge.
Gray tank: please only dump in authorized areas.
Awning: we discourage the use of the exterior awning. This is in your best interest as awnings can cause upwards of $3000 to replace. They are damaged very easily and not covered by insurance. Damage to awnings, including damage while driving are the responsibility of the renter and most likely exceed the security/damage deposit amount. The awning will automatically retract if it senses wind speeds more than 5 mph.
Off-roading: The all-wheel drive feature is meant to be used in weather on paved roads. The vehicle is not set up for off-roading on nonpaved roads other than those within a licensed campground or RV park. There are many low-hanging parts that can be easily damaged on rough roads. The undercarriage has been photographed before your trip and will be inspected immediately afterwards. All damages are the responsibility of the renter. Roadside assistance is not available off paved roads and the renter will be responsible for any towing or assistance in these areas.
When you pick up the unit we will complete a pre-rental orientation that will take about an hour depending on level of prior RV experience. Please plan for the full hour.
Toll Roads, Red light cameras, parking tickets and other violation fees are the responsibility of the renter. All mailed violations and invoices will be charged an additional $75 administration fee for each citation.
Illegal activity is prohibited within the RV by the renter and all occupants. The renter is notified the owner will comply with law enforcement concerning all inquiries related to illegal activity. We have to tell you that, we know you wouldn’t put us in that position.
The renter is asked to take reasonable actions to care for the RV and to ensure it is not exposed to excessive wear and tear during use. The renter is also asked to consider the environment, to leave no trace and use good campground etiquette.
If the RV and/or its contents are damaged during your rental period, you are responsible for all damage costs whether or not you are at fault. If an accident or act of nature occurs you are responsible for obtaining a police report, contacting the other party’s insurance company and contacting Outdoorsy as well as the owners immediately. Any service or parts replaced during rental must have prior owner approval. Replacement of any parts and a receipt must be brought back for reimbursement. There will be no reimbursement without both these items.
The air conditioning, awning, and any other convenience appliances will not be compensated should they malfunction.
No early returns refund: If you return early we do not refund unused days. If you have a crash that is not your fault, you may be able to recover your rental costs from the at-fault driver’s liability insurance.
Failure to accurately report your destination or giving a false destination in order to attend a prohibited event will result in the forfeiture and total loss of your security deposit.
A per hour late fee will be taken from the security deposit if you return the RV after the dropoff time agreed upon. All drivers must be at least 25 years old and must be listed on the contract when you pick up the unit. These and other rules are listed in the Terms and Conditions.
Your security deposit is refunded after the unit is checked in and there are no issues or damage requiring funds.
The owners of the RV ask the renters to review this document and sign in receipt and acknowledgement. If the renter believes that they cannot comply with the above listed prohibited activities, they should immediately notify the owners. The owners will cancel the rental reservation with a full refund prior to 14 days before the reservations and otherwise follow the cancellation agreement described on Outdoorsy.

We share a passion for the outdoors. We have a 2 year old and 2 Australian-German shepherds. One of the dogs has a cat. We love the Reno-Tahoe area and want to share this wild, beautiful, adventurous place with you in style and comfort. We hope you love Vanarchy and her backyard playground as much as we do.

Brynja was such a great host. She answered any questions we had. Vanarchy was outfitted with everything we could have needed. It was a perfect trip and a great way to get a feel for the life of a camper van. If you have the opportunity to rent this vehicle and get out for an adventure, definitely jump on it!
