One of the many is the exterior kitchen with a 9' power awning above to protect you from the sun or rain. Your kids are sure to enjoy the bunkhouse with two flip down bunks, one on each side. There is a sofa along the rear that can also fold down for some extra sleep space at night and you also have a 60" sofa. The U-shaped dinette in the central living area can be used for relaxing, eating, or playing games with your loved ones. As if that wasn't enough, there is also a front private bedroom with a serta queen bed and nightstands on either side.Lighten your load with the Forest River Rockwood Ultra Lite travel trailer! This unit has a full aluminum fram and laminated fiberglass sidewalls. You have the floorplan you want in the size you need, with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable seating. To keep you cool on a warm day both types of units have 13,500 BTU A/C units and to warm you up on a cooler day, there is a quick recovery auto ignition gas/electric water heater for a hot shower.Includes: plastic utensils, plastic cups, paper plates, paper bowls, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels and cleaning supplies. We provide one full set of bedding with two pillows for the master bed. We also provide two bath towels. Additional linens available.Also includes: Air conditioning, shower, sinks, toilet, hot water heater, propane, stove, refrigerator, microwave, oven.Please see add-on options for additional items available for rent.Delivery is available upon request and approval. If you would like to pick up the unit, a standard bumper ball hitch is require. A $1,500 deposit is required which is fully refundable damage deposit. Excessive cleaning will be charged against damage deposit. *Any bookings during Burning Man (late August/early September) will have an increased rate and require a minimum 6 night reservation.
