5.0We had outstanding experience camping with "Little Mule" - it truly does have everything you need for a great campout! It's just amazing how much thought and care Jeff puts into equipping his truck. Apparently, his family has a lot of experience camping, so they thought of everything. The million pictures that go with this listing are very accurate and show exactly what you are getting. Everything is very new and clean and taken good care of. There was plenty of space for all our belongings, and the sleeping arrangement was very comfortable. One thing that is not addressed in the listing is the royal accommodations that you can get for your dog, if you are bringing one. We have a German Shepherd who accompanies us everywhere, and we just assumed there would be enough room for her in the truck bed with us, but we didn't really think it through. Turned out the living quarters for the dog was the best part 🙂 The folded second row of seats leaves so much space in the cabin that we could put a very large cushy dog bed in. We opened the little window between the cabin and the truck bed (a.k.a. our bedroom), so our girl was very comfortable knowing we were right there, but she couldn't get to our bed and bring in all the mud after exploring the woods and creeks all day long. She slept very well in her temporary home and just poked her head in the little window once in a while to ensure that mom and dad are still there and well. Last but not least, Jeff and his wife were such a pleasure to deal with. They were very accommodating and helpful, and wonderfully warm and friendly people overall. They allowed us to leave our car on their property while we were out camping, which made the pick-up/ drop-off super convenient. The neighborhood is actually very quiet and safe, so I think I would have also been comfortable leaving my car on the street nearby. The entire experience was great and we will definitely consider renting "Little Mule" again. Thank you, Jeff!
