Stealth exterior, beautiful wood paneled interior for cozy stay. Optimized for comfortable working & eating space with desk/table that collapses at night into a full sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2.Van has inverter, fridge & freezer, solar panels, alternator charger, sink w/electric pump, Coleman stove for cooking, 5 foot pull out drawer with gear, and a roof fan.R7 eco friendly Havelock wool insulation completely around all interior sides of vehicle including floor for max insulation.Very versatile vehicle, easy to use, easy to drive, cozy, stealth. Take it anywhere. What's includedFresh linens & sheets, towels, 2 camping chairs, sink with hand towels and soap, propane tanks for cooking, cookware, 2 river rafts, flashlights, lantern, extension cord for using laptops at picnic tables, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, hand sanitizer, first aid kit, water filter.RecommendationsTake it anywhere! Great at campsites, hiking etc. It’s a super stealthy vehicle that just looks like a work truck from the outside so you can sleep at rest stops or parking lots if you get tired on the way and need to pull over.Other things to noteThis van is homemade and an older vehicle, so it does have some quirks :) I've lived in it for multiple months so it definitely will suit for your journey and has most of what you'll need (except a toilet). The biggest quirk: there is a slight leak in the roof above the driver’s seat. The result is that sometimes if you are driving in heavy rain, you can get some water that comes in either directly above the driver’s side door or between the driver and passenger from the roof. It’s a very small leak but if you’re driving through a lot of rain, then the moisture can add up and be annoying. I will leave you a towel up front you can use in case you run into this issue. There is no leak behind the driver and passenger seat, so you wouldn’t have to worry about water dripping on you sleeping or anything like that.

Frequently asked questions

Q.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

A.

Unfortunately at this time I'm not offering vehicle delivery.

Q.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

A.

There is no electric hookup. The electrical system (200Ah batteries) is charged by (a) the car alternator when the car engine is running, and (b) the solar panels on the roof. Water: there is a 24 gallon water tank in the back underneath the cabinets; this is a big water tank! Enough for several days worth of water. There is a hose that is wound up when you open the back door. To fill up, just take the hose out and plug into any standard garden-hose hookup. No sewer hookup (no toilet).

Hi, I'm Sam. During the COVID pandemic I built my first camper van (converted a Chevy Express 2500 myself) and traveled all around the country in it for several months. I recently started a new job in Seattle, in-person, meaning I couldn't travel full-time and work remotely anymore. That's why I decided to rent out my van.
