Frequently asked questions

Q.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

A.

fairly flexible according to my husbands work schedule! shoot us a scenario and we will try our best to make it work.

Q.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

A.

The puma is so gently used that everything works perfect. If you're a light sleeper like me I might suggest turning the water heater off at night as you can hear it click on a few times in the night to keep the water hot.

Q.

Do I need to turn the water pump on and off with each use?

A.

This is personal preference, but generally you want it off when you're not in the trailer, overnight and when you're traveling. If you leave it on 24/7 you'll hear it pump water every few mins and it can wear out much faster. If you accidentally leave it on its no biggie!

Q.

How do I operate the toilet?

A.

Please only use provided RV toilet paper. RV toilets and black tanks can get clogged easily so the best rule of thumb is less toilet paper and more water! We always fill up the toilet bowl with a good amount of water before going to the bathroom, do this by pressing down on the foot pedal halfway so that the bowl starts filling up with water, but not so hard that it drains :) then after flushing always hold down the pedal for a few seconds to send lots of water thru the sewage lines.

Meet your host, Taryn

Hi campers! We are Taryn & Andrew and we love camping in the PNW! We have young kiddos (2 girls) so we haven't camped nearly as much as we would like to which is why our trailer is in such great condition! We take great care of it and its always clean :) This is our third trailer/RV we've owned together so we are veterans at dry camping, hook up camping and everything in between. We cant wait to meet you and for you to make memories in our trailer!
