Thanks so much for booking Shasta Odyssey! I’m excited to be part of your upcoming adventure. Here’s a quick overview to help you prepare: Please help us keep Shasta Odyssey in great condition by following these house rules: • 🚫 No Smoking inside the trailer (including cannabis, vaping or incense) • 🐾 Pets allowed with prior approval (pet fee may apply) • 🛠 No climbing on the roof • 🌿 Respect nature – pack it in, pack it out • 🧼 Return clean – Please return the trailer reasonably clean. A cleaning fee may apply if excessive cleaning is required. • ⛽ Propane must be refilled before return (unless prepaid add-on was selected) • 💧 Tanks must be dumped before return (unless dump fee add-on was selected) • 🚐 Trailer must be towed with an appropriate vehicle and hitch setup (we’ll go over this during pickup) • 🕐 Late returns may be subject to additional charges – please communicate any delays • 🚫 No off-roading or extreme terrain unless explicitly approved in advance Safety & Support • Fire extinguisher near door • First-aid kit in kitchen cabinet • Tire pressure & brakes checked before each trip Before You Return: • Dump black & gray tanks • Refill propane (unless prepaid) • Clean interior surfaces and kitchenware • Remove trash and personal belongings Thanks again and safe travels!
