NO PETS
No climbing on the roof. Awning must be retracted at night and when you are not with the RV. Awning may not be able to be used during storms, heavy rain and high winds. All traffic and toll violations go to your account. Absolutely no smoking in the RV. No strong smelling cooking or odors. No pets. If there are any obvious smells on return you will be required to pay for de-sanitization detailing which costs $700 to be taken out of your security deposit. Gas and propane needs to be filled back to full before return. Absolutely no regular toilet paper or sanitary products in the RV toilets as it clog the system. We will recommend disinfectant for the toilets and RV toilet paper- both available at any Walmart. Monitor the gray and black tanks regularly as failure to empty in time will cause both systems to back up. Follow the FAQs and do not hesitate to call us if there are any issues. Campground buddies are a great immediate resource. Please ensure the RV is clean upon return to be rented out again as you received it.If you are planning to “dry” camp or boon dock you need to inform us of that before you book. The training for that is very different. It is to be noted, that although possible to dry camp in an RV it is not designed for that purpose and that the functions on the RV are limited when you dry camp- eg. you can only use one AC at a time, every second outlet does not work to conserve power and water pressure will be lower. The water, black and gray tanks have a limited capacity if you are unable to dump and refill water during your trip. The unit is 37 ft long and is designed for 50 amp service. You can hook up to 30 amp but similar to dry camping functions are limited so as not to overload the systems.
