I have a 35' trailer with everything you could ask for . It has a private room up front with a Queen bed, the sofa in the living space pulls out into a queen and the kitchen table turns into another bed. We also have another private room In the back that is perfect for kids or maybe 2 adults with its own AC unit . It has 3 twin beds but 1 is floating and has a weight restriction. Toilet and shower are in great condition and the kitchen has a fridge, microwave, and stove. There is also a grill and small kitchen on the outside of the trailer . Everything can be accessed with a remote control (I.e. slide-out, front/rear stabilizers, awning). Enter the restroom from the outside with a second door. Dry weight 8300lbs so make sure your vehicle can tow it or I can deliver it for a fee! All desert and beach trips are subject to $60 cleaning Fee due to sand. Sorry for the inconvenience .
